Cancellation & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your course within 30 days of your course start date for full reimbursement and without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation e-mail. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy:

You can also cancel your ticket up to 2 days before your course and get a partial refund. The table below shows how much you will be refunded. The amount depends on how far in advance you cancel your course.

Less than 2 days 0%

Between 2 and 6 days 25%

Between 7 and 29 days 50%

30 days or more 100%
